All bookings should be confirmed with deposit paid at least 4 weeks prior to the event date, to allow time for planning and customisation as well as desserts to be freshly made. Orders are only considered confirmed once invoice is sent and deposit is paid.
CAKE / DESSERT CARE
1.) Cakes can be out at cool room temperature unless fresh fruits/cream cheese/whipping cream are used.
2.) If refrigerated, kindly take the cake out from the fridge at least 1 hour before cake cutting to ensure it’s served at it’s best quality.
3.) We only provide standard candles and plastic knives for BIRTHDAYS & BABY SHOWERS.
4.) Arcadia Cakery IS NOT liable for any damages to the products after delivery/collection.

Delivery is available at an additional $15 to $30 depending on the location.
An additional surcharge of $10 is applicable for deliveries in offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island).
To reserve your date and time, we require a confirmation and a 60% deposit, which will be credited towards your final invoice.
Both Bank transfers/PAYNOW or PAYLAH are accepted.
• For Custom Cakes/Other Bakes • Delivery - FULL PAYMENT to be made once order is confirmed. Self-collection - 60% deposit of total Payment once confirmed, balance to be paid by cash upon collection.

For BANK TRANSFER/PAYNOW or PAYLAH – Full payment should be made 24 hours before the event date
For CASH PAYMENT - Balance payment to be paid once set up is done
**In any event, where the respective payment is NOT MADE, an additional 10% surcharge would be added automatically from the day of delivery/collection
LAST MINUTE ORDERS
Last minute custom orders which are made with less than 3 weeks to delivery/collection will be accepted based on availability.
Please note that late orders are subjected to the following charges:
Any bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the event is subjected to an additional charge of $8.00
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If cancellations are made:
At least 6 weeks prior to the event – Full Refund
Less than 4 weeks prior to the event – 50% Refund
Less than 3 weeks prior to the event – No Refund
